15 Effective Tips To Get Rid Of Black Knees And Elbows

Dark knees and elbows can happen to anyone, but they appear more prominent on people having lighter skin tone. 2.    Scrub this paste gently on your knees and elbows for the period of 5-7 minutes.
3.    Rinse your elbow and knees with fresh water and apply a good quality moisturizing cream for nourishing.
4.    You can follow this treatment daily, twice a week or alternate days until you get the desirable results.

2. Turmeric, Honey, And Milk

1.    Mix the turmeric powder, honey and milk to form a thick paste.
