TESTING THE PRODUCT

After testing the NARS Punjab medium cover over several foundations, I found this product to be irresistible as being the “standalone product” that works perfectly with any moisturizers and primers. To better utilize the commendable shades of this product, I'm using a layer of SK-II Cellumination Cream Illuminating Moisturizer with NARS Light Optimizing Primer for an even and non-flaky coat on my skin.



The reason I found it super lightweight on my skin is its ability to stand alone on my skin without added coats of the foundation. It is incredibly smooth and has long wearing power of at least 12 hours, trust me you will not need to carry this product with you every time for occasional touch-ups.

HOW TO USE NARS ALL DAY LUMINOUS POWDER FOUNDATION

You can use this foundation with dry or wet application.

For Dry Application

If you are looking for a natural look, then you can use the thicker sponge side for better coverage and a matte look. If you are looking for a luminous finish, then you should go for the super soft fluffy side of the sponge.

For Wet Application

You can use a slightly dampen sponge for an extremely polished touch to your face. The wet application can be ideal for party makeup with an extended coverage.


Quick tip:  For an even and smooth coat, get yourself the square sponge or round puff separately from NARS.

“After testing these products on my skin I found a minor difference between applications with sponge and puff. If you need a super smooth and lightweight coat, go for the brush otherwise for a non-fluffy and heavy-looking coats of foundations I suggest you to choose sponge only after preparing your skin with a moisturizer. “
